Head of Accounting & Reporting

🔎 We are looking for a Head of Accounting & Reporting

About the company: International product holding Centro. We operate in several jurisdictions and currencies.

Location: Cyprus, Limassol

Responsibilities: ▫️ Lead monthly closing for all group legal entities ▫️ Prepare consolidated financial statements under IFRS ▫️ Oversee payroll and tax compliance in different countries ▫️ Develop accounting policy, SOPs, and internal controls ▫️ Coordinate external audit ▫️ Lead a team of 5+ people ▫️ Automate processes: ERP, BI, AI tools

We are looking for: ✅ 5+ years in accounting and reporting, with 1–2 years in a leadership position ✅ Strong knowledge of IFRS and consolidation experience ✅ Experience working with multiple legal entities, jurisdictions, and currencies ✅ Advanced Excel and ERP experience ✅ Fluent English

Will be a plus: experience in Big 4, fintech, payment or digital companies, experience with Odoo, experience in automating financial processes.
