We design systems people actually use. Not landing pages with stock photography. Process management platforms, internal tools, web applications where UX is the product — not a layer on top of it.

We're looking for a freelance UI/UX designer who can work with us on a project basis.

What that looks like in practice: you'll get a brief, a technical context, and a clear scope. We don't micromanage the process — we care about the outcome. Clean systems, thought-through flows, interfaces that make complex workflows feel obvious.

The work spans modern web applications and process management systems. Our stack is React and Next.js, so designs that account for component thinking tend to travel better through handoff.

What we're looking for:

• A portfolio that shows you understand hierarchy and flow, not just aesthetics.
• Someone who asks good questions before opening Figma.
• Availability for project-based engagement with clear milestones and per-project billing.

No retainer. No standing weekly call. Work when there's work — and there is.
