🚀 Andersen is hiring a Senior Go Developer!
📍 Location: EU, Serbia, Turkey, Albania, Moldova, Montenegro 🏢 Work format: Remote 💼 Experience: 5+ years as a Go Developer. 🇬🇧 English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.
What you'll do: 🔹 Design and build scalable, reliable backend services 🔹 Drive architecture and technical research 🔹 Own services in production, including observability (metrics, logging, tracing) 🔹 Mentor engineers and take part in code reviews
Who we're looking for: ✅ 5+ years of commercial backend experience in high-load environments ✅ Strong Go (generics, reflection, unsafe, custom sync primitives) ✅ Advanced SQL (replication, partitioning, sharding, query optimization) ✅ Redis in high-load systems ✅ gRPC and message brokers, microservice architecture ✅ Docker, CI/CD, Kubernetes, AWS or similar ✅ Solid unit and integration testing ✅ English Intermediate+
Nice to have: ⭐️ Kafka / NATS / RabbitMQ ⭐️ Terraform / Pulumi ⭐️ Go profiling (pprof, trace) ⭐️ AI-assisted dev tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude)
