🚀 Looking for an AI/ML Engineer to join my team
We already have AI agents successfully integrated into the company's business processes (production load from external users and calculated automation effects).
We need to develop current solutions and build new ones for external and internal users.
Functional Responsibilities
- Design the logic and interaction scenarios of AI agents with users (routing, decision-making, escalations, guardrails, fallback scenarios)
- Selection and justification of the model stack: LLM, encoder, reranker
- Implementation of logic through typical agent mechanics (ReAct, Tool Calling, RAG)
- Design integrations with external components (REST API, WebSocket)
- Development and optimization of the knowledge base collection pipeline
- Development of agent quality evaluation systems (Evals, LLM-as-a-Judge)
- Configuration of logging, monitoring, and alerting for agent solutions
- Commercial development experience in Python (asyncio, FastAPI, Dependency injection)
Target Profile
- Commercial development experience in Python (asyncio, FastAPI, Dependency injection)
- Experience in implementing and launching RAG-based solutions in production (embeddings, Vector/Hybrid Search, context handling, prompt tuning)
- Understanding of modern approaches to implementing agent harness
- Experience in AI-native development: delegating tasks to agentic tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) while maintaining architectural control and code review
Additional Plus in Profile
- Understanding of classical ML fundamentals (regression, classification, clustering) and Deep Learning (NLP/CV)
- Experience in fine-tuning LLM models (SFT / LoRa / RL)
- Experience in deploying and optimizing LLM model inference (vLLM/sglang)
