remote, Black Flag SEO FinTech Niche, Europe
Intro: 🔸We are looking for an SEO specialist with burning eyes and itching hands. 🔸We are not about "task done — laptop closed". 🔸We are about people who dig, test, argue, make mistakes, and dig again. 🔸If you like seeing results in traffic, not in a 40-page report — you're with us.
What you need to do and know: 🔸Solid foundation: semantics for large sites, structure, technical SEO, internal linking, indexing — on autopilot. 🔸Create and promote review sites (ratings / review sites) — using white and aggressive methods, understanding the boundaries. 🔸Create monobrands to capture competitor brand traffic. 🔸Outreach and link building: finding platforms, negotiating, filtering out junk. Working with links at scale: outreach, PNB, link insertions — understanding what really brings results and what is a waste of budget. We have link builders for routine tasks. 🔸Text optimization: creating briefs for copywriters, working with intent, bringing pages to the top. 🔸Analytics and audits: finding out why a site isn't growing and explaining it clearly so it's obvious what needs to be done. 🔸Work with Claude (critical): understanding MCP and API, independently generating and deploying sites, vibe coding. You write your own automation for your tasks, not waiting for a programmer. If you need DevOps to deploy sites — it's better not to apply for this vacancy. We don't have it and never will. 🔸Reports: short, to the point, with numbers and conclusions. No fluff.
Who we are looking for: 🔸Affiliate SEO experience of 3-4 years, with real growth cases (not "participated in a project", but "did it - and here's the result"). 🔸Experience promoting review sites in competitive niches. Gambling is okay, but not just monobrands — we need experience specifically with ratings / review sites — sites with broad semantics and informational content. 🔸English B2+ — mandatory (outreach, English-language Google). ES / FR / DE / IT / PT — if you read or speak them — a big plus. 🔸Enthusiast: you are interested in what's under the hood of Google, you follow updates yourself and test hypotheses. 🔸High work capacity: operating an extensive network of sites, a bunch of keywords, and not whining about "I'm tired and burnt out by your SEO" after a week of hardcore work. 🔸Independence: get a task — figure it out, propose, do it. Asking questions is okay and encouraged; waiting for others to solve it for you is not. If you are not ready to take responsibility — please don't waste your time or ours. 🔸Ability to work in a competitive niche and not be afraid of gray methods where appropriate, while keeping critical assets in the white zone.
What we offer: 🔸Full remote, flexible schedule — results matter, not online hours. 🔸Time zone +- 3 from CET 🔸Direct work with Oleg Shestakov: quick decisions, feedback, growth. 🔸A team that is genuinely passionate about SEO results. No bureaucracy. 🔸Budgets for links, tools, and experiments — without begging. Unlimited link resources outside of outreach, unlimited viral traffic resources. 🔸Subscriptions to Claude and SEO tools — at our expense.
Salary:
🔸from $2000 net + performance bonus.
🔸The final amount will be determined after the interview and based on your level.
