Ability to work closely with developers and rapidly prototype solutions. Experience with vibe coding in Claude / Claude Code. Understanding how to use AI tools to accelerate development and analysis. Bonus points: Experience in fintech / treasury / enterprise systems. Experience with process automation using LLM. Experience with React, Node.js, BFF architecture. Understanding of maker-checker and banking integrations.
