The perfume and cosmetics supermarket Zolotoye Yabloko is looking for an Ecom Courier Delivery Director.
You will lead the transport logistics department. This department's team is responsible for planning, coordinating, and optimizing transport operations for efficient delivery of goods from suppliers to consumers.
What you will do:
- Manage and optimize the region's transport network, including the development of "last mile" processes
- Lead the in-house courier delivery service, sorting centers, and pickup point network
- Oversee interaction with courier services and logistics partners.
- Analyze and improve routing systems, delivery tracking, and operational performance indicators
- Manage the budget, optimize costs for B2B logistics and transport services
- Develop and automate logistics processes, manage projects and strategic initiatives
- Monitor and improve delivery SLAs and service quality
Candidate expectations:
- Higher education (logistics, management, economics, or related fields)
- 5+ years of management experience in transport logistics, including managing a team of 100+ people. Experience in e-commerce/retail will be an advantage
- Deep knowledge of the region's transport services market and experience interacting with logistics providers
- Experience managing the budget for transport operations
- Proficient in MS Office, TMS, ERP systems
- Knowledge of transport logistics KPIs and methods for their improvement
- Willingness to travel on business
