Title: Product Designer — Mobile B2B Product Company: Alfa-Bank Location: Moscow Experience: 3 to 6 years

We are creating a new mobile service for the largest B2B clients — companies with high turnover, complex business structures, and holdings.

Our users manage business finances daily and work with a large number of banking products and operations. Our task is to make this experience as clear and convenient as possible in a mobile format: to give the user quick access to important information and key operations, without forcing them to delve into the complexity of banking systems.

User research has already been conducted, and we are now creating the first version of the product. Therefore, this is not a role for "maintaining a ready-made interface" — the designer will be able to influence the product from an early stage and participate in shaping what the service will become in the future.

What you will be doing:

• Designing user scenarios and interfaces for a mobile product for large B2B clients
• Analyzing product metrics, user scenarios, and business requirements, identifying problems and formulating hypotheses for their solutions
• Developing solutions from problem statement to prototype and final interface
• Creating consistent interfaces using our design system and existing patterns
• Proposing and testing several solution options, justifying the choice to the team, design lead, and business
• Working with the UX laboratory: participating in research preparation and using research results in design
• Conducting design reviews with developers and monitoring the quality of solution implementation
• Participating in design sprints and joint projects with designers from other product teams
• Monitoring the development of the design system and patterns and applying them in your work

What we expect from you:

• Experience as a product designer and independently managing tasks from problem statement to a ready solution
• Skill in working with complex products and a large number of interconnected scenarios
• Ability to independently find necessary information, understand documentation, and use data for design decisions
• Skill in researching alternatives and choosing the most suitable option
• Attention to detail and simultaneously the ability to see the product as a whole — user scenario, logic, UI, and texts
• Ability to justify your decisions and constructively work with feedback from designers, development, and business
• Understanding the value of design systems and learning to work within existing patterns, not just creating solutions from scratch
• Experience with banking, financial, or other complex B2B products will be an advantage
