Position

Must-have
- At least 3 years of experience in a bank or on IT projects for banks;
- Experience as an analyst in the development of information security systems;
- Practical experience in designing and describing integration interaction of systems using REST, SOAP, as well as integration buses (ESB);
- Experience in modeling business processes in BPMN and using UML;
- Experience in preparing technical specifications with detailed description of requirements for developed functionality;
- Experience in maintaining and updating project documentation and knowledge base in the area;
- Experience in developing technical and project documentation: functional requirements, technical specifications, user manuals, and other documents;
- Knowledge of SQL and experience in writing queries at an intermediate level;
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Visio, Jira, Confluence;
- Experience in functional testing of developed functionality, preparing test scenarios and/or test methodologies;
- Experience in demonstrating developed functionality and training users;
- Experience in collecting and analyzing feedback from process participants and incorporating received requirements in functionality development;
- Developed communication skills and ability to work in a team;
- Independence, technical literacy, ability to formulate thoughts in a structured and logical manner.
Desirable
- Experience as an analyst in the development of HR accounting or service desk systems.
Tasks
- Identification, collection, and analysis of requirements for the implementation and automation of domain processes;
- Preparation and approval of project documentation: business requirements, technical specifications, business process diagrams, architectural diagrams, user manuals, and other documents;
- Task decomposition and participation in effort estimation;
- Design and description of integration interaction of systems;
- Updating project documentation in accordance with the Bank's internal standards;
- Participation in functional testing of developed functionality;
- Review of documents and requirements prepared by other analysts;
- Analysis of incidents in the production environment within the third line of support;
- Preparation and handover of implemented functionality to technical support for further maintenance;
- Participation in updating non-standard configurations;
- Participation in the development and evolution of system architectural solutions;
- Participation in the development of user interface forms.
