Lead Level Artist / Lead Environment Artist

Looking for a Lead Level Artist / Lead Environment Artist for a new indie studio.

• Salary range around $3k/month. We are open to discussing improved conditions with a strong candidate;
• Fully remote;

We are making an isometric Low-Poly ARPG for Steam in a Dark Fantasy setting. In terms of gameplay: a fantasy variation in the spirit of Escape from Tarkov: raids, loot, leveling up, weapons and abilities, dangerous zones, and a constant sense of risk.

Main tasks:

• Creation of game locations in Unity from blockout to final quality;
• Working with composition, lighting, color, and scene atmosphere;
• Polishing levels;
• Assigning tasks to 3D artists and controlling the quality of the environment;

Important:

• Experience as a Level Artist / Environment Artist;
• Strong portfolio of game levels;
• Experience in Fantasy / Dark Fantasy;
• Proficient in Unity, Photoshop, and Blender;
• Understanding of optimization and Shader Graph;
