DevOps Engineer

Infotex Group, a company among Russia's TOP-10 in information security, a leader in the development of information security tools, is inviting a DevOps Engineer to join our team.

Upcoming tasks:

• Optimize and develop the platform's build system
• Support and develop continuous integration practices based on TeamCity and Artifactory
• Isolate functional modules into independently buildable components
• Manage artifact and dependency distribution: Conan packages for C++ components, npm for the front-end part, Poetry for Python tools, apt repositories for system components
• Transfer build and environment configurations into code (configuration as code), automate the preparation and updating of integration testing
• Ensure the reproducibility of product builds based on the platform

Qualification expectations:

• Proficient in Linux
• Good understanding of C++ toolchain: compilation and linking processes in particularly complex scenarios
• Knowledge of Python 3 - our build and automation tools are written in it
• Experience with package managers: conan, npm, poetry, apt (creating, publishing, and versioning packages)
• Experience building FOSS projects
• Good knowledge of Bash, Make, and Docker
• Proficient in Git
• Experience building for x86/x64 architectures

Advantages:

• Practical knowledge of binutils and ELF format: objdump, nm, readelf/patchelf
• Experience with TeamCity, including configuration as code (Kotlin DSL)
• Experience applying IaC tools: Vagrant, Ansible, Terraform
• Familiarity with GitOps practices
• Familiarity with CMake
• Experience with TFS
• Experience building for ARM/ARM64 architectures
