We're hiring 👋 We're looking for a Product Manager to own Shawbrook's Customer and Accounts platforms. They sit at the heart of our Core Banking Platform. They manage who our customers are and how accounts are opened and run on Thought Machine Vault, and more of the bank builds on them every quarter. It's a hands-on platform role. Your users are engineers. You'll own the roadmap, the API contracts and the hard calls on matching, merging and account lifecycle. Shawbrook is one of those places where you can really get stuck in. If you have an idea, you can try it. We move quickly, we use AI in how we actually work, and good people get given real problems early.
