Senior / Tech Lead QA

📍 **Fully remote: **We’re looking for an ambitious & experienced Senior / Tech Lead QA for a crypto fintech product.

📌 About us: We build a non-custodial crypto wallet (iOS/Android), a crypto card, and investing products. Quality is non-negotiable, our users trust us with their assets.

📌The team & role: You’ll join a lean product team and take technical ownership of QA: no people management overhead, no 1:1s or performance reviews. Real influence instead: on standards, processes, and how quality is built across the product. You’ll mentor and work hand in hand with developers to make automated coverage actually effective.

📌What you’ll bring: 🔹 7+ years in QA, 3+ years on mobile products (iOS/Android) 🔹 Fintech or crypto background: you get what’s at stake when money moves 🔹 Blockchain mechanics in practice❗️: wallets, swaps, bridges, ERC-20/BEP-20, seed phrases 🔹 Strong manual testing across mobile + API (Postman, Charles or similar) 🔹 Collaborative automation: write test cases, validate dev coverage, use the suite daily 🔹 QA metrics & reporting: defect rate, escape rate, CFR/LT - for the team and stakeholders 🔹 Monitoring as a habit: Sentry, Firebase, Grafana 🔹 Mentoring experience: 1-2 engineers, 6+ months 🔹 Professional fluency in English & Russian languages ** **🚨 Apply if you live in the product, not in the bug tracker
