Drom is an automotive classifieds platform where buyers look for cars and sellers post ads. The product's value is created at the single point of contact between them. Our new product manager will be responsible for growing these contacts.

What you'll do:

• Own the key product metric - the number of contacts between buyers and sellers
• Find systematic growth points in a mature product: from search relevance to communication mechanics between users
• Lead initiatives end-to-end: from hypothesis and experiment to scaling
• Transform strategy into a roadmap and measurable results

Who we're looking for:

• 4+ years in a product manager role with experience owning a key metric
• Experience managing a large digital product on a full lifecycle basis
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify cause-and-effect relationships in user behavior
• A technical background is mandatory

By the way, you can work remotely anywhere in Russia, but your workday must start no later than 05:00 Moscow time, as most of the team is located in Vladivostok.
