The team is building a B2B platform for cross-border payments based on crypto + fiat rails. The goal is to create fast, convenient, and compliance-friendly payments for businesses in different jurisdictions. This is a role with significant ownership and the opportunity to truly influence the product and company development.
What you will do: — Develop the cross-border payments domain from idea to scaling; — Build a payment product from scratch: vision, roadmap, delivery; — Work with licensing and regulatory requirements (EU, Canada, Switzerland, UAE, etc.); — Interact directly with the engineering team (5–15 people); — Formulate PRD/BRD and manage unit economics; — Work at the intersection of business / compliance / legal / engineering.
The following experience will be particularly relevant: — B2B crypto/payments; — launching payment products from scratch; — fluent English.
