Position: AI Optimizer / AI Project Manager

Work format: office / hybrid, Cyprus

We are looking for a young, proactive, and driven individual to help improve the company's business processes using AI and automation. Grade: junior/middle.

We need not just a user of AI tools, nor a tech developer. It's important that the person can go into any department, quickly understand the task, figure out what can be accelerated, simplified, or automated, select suitable AI tools, and bring the solution to implementation.

What you will do: • Analyze company processes and identify areas for optimization and automation. • Understand the tasks of marketing, HR, support, sales, and operations teams and propose AI solutions. • Select the optimal set of AI tools, models, and approaches for a specific task. • Test new AI products and quickly implement truly useful solutions. • Create AI agents and automated processes, including using modern tools like OpenClaw. • If necessary, write code for an internal tool that solves a specific team task. • Reduce manual work, accelerate processes, and increase team efficiency. • Continuously monitor the development of the AI industry, new models, and tools, and find practical applications for them.

What is important: • Practical experience using AI to solve various business problems, not just isolated experiments. • Experience in automating or optimizing work processes using AI. • Good understanding of modern LLMs and AI tools. • Understanding of prompting basics, differences between models, their capabilities, and limitations. • Ability to assess AI risks, including hallucinations and result quality. • Systems thinking: ability to break down a process into stages and understand where AI will provide the maximum effect. • Proactiveness and focus on quick practical results. • Genuine interest in AI: the person follows trends, tries new models, and understands the industry's direction. • Cyprus or willingness to relocate.
