🔹 Company Scope: 1C:ERP and 1C:Retail "Optics Salon", 80 salons in 20 cities, own warehouses, logistics, and eyewear assembly workshop.
🔹 Main Tasks: • Collect and structure requirements from finance, accounting, procurement, retail, warehouse, logistics, and production. • Design end-to-end (E2E) processes in 1C: from customer order and procurement to assembly, movement, delivery, and reflection in regulatory accounting. • Determine which standard 1C documents, directories, and registers should be used at each stage. • Differentiate between standard functionality, necessary configurations, and custom developments. • Prepare clear technical specifications for 1C programmers. • Control development: deadlines, compliance with business requirements, and absence of violations in related processes. • Organize testing, acceptance, and launch of changes. • Analyze exchange errors between ERP and Retail, discrepancies in stock levels, prices, orders, payments, and mutual settlements. • Develop regulations and instructions for users. • Maintain the holistic architecture of 1C solutions and prevent the emergence of unrelated local developments.
🔹 Requirements: • Experience as an analyst, architect, or lead 1C consultant from 3 years. • Solid knowledge of 1C:ERP; experience with 1C:Retail will be an advantage. • Understanding of procurement, inventory turnover, warehouse accounting, retail sales, production/assembly, and regulatory accounting. • Ability to translate business tasks into the language of 1C objects and documents. • Experience in preparing functional requirements and technical specifications, assigning tasks to developers, and accepting results. • System thinking and the ability to see the consequences of changing one process for the entire accounting system.
