Currently, we are looking for a PHP Developer to join our team (Kolesa.kz product - monetization project).
Our backend development team has 40+ developers who are not only eager to communicate and share experience but also bring the most unusual ideas to life. We organize meetups, hackathons, regularly speak at conferences, and write articles.
Every month, more than 12.5 million people use our products. Developing and maintaining our services is a daily challenge we set for ourselves.
Tech stack
Git / Linux / Nginx / PHP / MySQL / Kubernetes / CI/CD / Docker / MongoDB / Redis / Phalcon / Symfony
You will be responsible for
- Developing and supporting the best IT products in Kazakhstan;
- Creating new features and optimizing the performance of existing functionality;
- Improving the reliability and quality of the system at all levels;
- Working on our new projects.
We expect from you
- Familiarity with infrastructure: Linux, Docker, Nginx;
- Database knowledge: MySQL (required), MongoDB, Redis;
- Ability to work with git, build and deployment systems (bamboo, gitlab, github actions, or other CI/CD);
- Ability to estimate task deadlines and adhere to them, promptly signaling problems;
- Writing and maintaining tests;
- Ability to find, solve, and prevent problems using monitoring, logging, collection, and analysis of metrics;
- A strong desire to grow and develop professionally.
Will be an advantage
- Knowledge of other programming languages and databases;
- Understanding of microservices architecture, approaches to inter-service communication;
- Experience with Kubernetes;
- Knowledge of the Go language or a desire to learn it.
