Responsibilities:

• Shape the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI solutions using LLMs and ML. • Work closely with Data Scientists and Software Engineers to deliver solutions. • Lead cross-functional teams in building and deploying NLP/AI products (AI assistants, automation platforms). • Set team goals, success metrics, and align the roadmap with company objectives. • Deliver measurable results in conditions of uncertainty and high speed.

Requirements:

• Experience in developing and launching AI products/features from scratch. • Strong analytical and technical mindset, as well as business acumen and problem-solving skills. • Experience in a data science or machine learning role and managing ML projects from design to iterations. • Proficient programming skills — Python, SQL, or another language. • Hands-on experience with deep learning libraries (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch). • Knowledge of version control systems, model deployment processes, and strong mathematical/statistical skills.
