ELMA365 Developer

Main tasks:

• Participation in the design of technical solutions within the framework of implementation projects based on the ELMA365 platform;
• Development of new platform functionality, optimization and support of the existing codebase;
• Analysis of business requirements from internal customers and design of business processes for ELMA365 modules;
• Analysis of the feasibility of developing new modules and fixing bugs in existing ones;
• Performance optimization, system functionality improvement, debugging, profiling, and code refactoring;
• Participation in the development of technical specifications, effort estimation, and task planning;
• Development of technical documentation for the created software solutions;
• Development of unit, functional, and integration tests;
• Working in a unified team with a team lead, product lead, business analysts, and developers (including synchronization with external developers on change requests passed to contractors);
• Participation in Code Review, planning, retrospective, and other team events;
• Coordination of actions with other developers during joint development.

Our requirements:

• Higher technical education;
• Understanding of the architecture and operating principles of modern web applications;
• Solid knowledge of TypeScript and JavaScript, experience with state managers, understanding of modern layout;
• Experience with DBMS such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, MsSQL will be a plus
• Experience in developing the backend part of web applications;
• Understanding of basic integration methods and data exchange methods between systems such as REST API, SOAP, as well as message brokers RabbitMQ and Kafka;
• Experience with Agile and SCRUM development methodologies;
• Understanding of OOP principles and modern design patterns;
• Skills in working with technical specifications and teams (proposing solution options and justifying methods for performing various tasks);
• Experience in implementing, extending, and writing modules for large BPM, CRM systems.
