An international high-tech ecosystem is looking for a Senior Java Developer to design services for millions of users, tackle complex engineering challenges with a strong development team, free from bureaucracy and utilizing modern processes.

Technical Stack: Java 11+, Spring Boot, Hibernate, Liquibase, Postgresql, Oracle, Docker, Gitlab. We use agile development methodologies, actively utilize CI, and strive to create and maintain a high engineering culture.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in system design;
• Write code and tests for new features;
• Support and develop the current functionality of services;
• Communicate within and outside the team;
• Review colleagues' code.

Candidate Profile:

• More than 6 years of commercial experience in Java development;
• Strong knowledge of Java 11+, Spring Boot, Hibernate;
• Understands database principles;
• Knows design patterns theory and can apply them in practice;
• Possesses systemic thinking, the ability to view problems holistically and delve into details;
• Understands various approaches to working with Git;
• Knows what REST API is and can design it;
• Understands what microservices are and why they are needed;
• Has experience with message brokers ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, or Kafka;
• Writes tests and understands why it's important.
