**Payment Analyst | iGaming | Belgrade **

We are a large iGaming platform that provides a full cycle of services for 35+ operator brands. Our payment department is responsible for integrating payment systems and ensuring the smooth operation of financial flows. We are currently looking for a Payment Analyst to join a team of 6 analysts. You will work at the intersection of payments, finance, and economics.

What you will do:

Operational Monitoring: 🌸Monitor traffic distribution and payment routes. 🌸Daily monitoring of balances on payment gateways. 🌸Monitor payment conversion across different routes. 🌸Identify deviations and immediately initiate actions to resolve them.

Routing and Strategy Management: 🌸Analyze traffic distribution considering payment system fees (economic assessment). 🌸Make decisions on optimal strategy and directly contact technical specialists to reconfigure routing.

Financial Analysis and Optimization: 🌸Calculate financial terms and assess P&L for different payment methods. 🌸Work with transactional data, identify growth areas to reduce processing costs. 🌸Improve the logic and visualization of existing analytical tools, proactively suggest improvements.

Ad-hoc Analytics: 🌸Prepare analytical reports upon business request, present results to stakeholders, and monitor the implementation of solutions.

Requirements:

💦SQL: Middle/Middle+ level. Ability to work independently with data, verify the quality and correctness of calculations. 💦Excel: Advanced level. 💦BI Tools: Commercial experience with Tableau. 💦Python: Basic level for exploratory data analysis and ETL processes. 💦Domain Knowledge: Understanding of financial operations (P&L, fees, balances) and payment systems. 💦Experience working in a multitasking environment. 💦Ability to take ownership of a work area and manage it independently, clarity, and accuracy. 💦Fluent Russian language.
