Requirements and delivery

• Write clear product and skill requirements with measurable acceptance criteria.
• Bring defined requirements into hardware and software sprint planning, and ensure no engineering team works without clear requirements.
• Review every sprint demo against the acceptance criteria drawn from the business case, and hold the bar before anything ships or advances.
• Own the trade-off decisions when scope, cost, cycle time, or timeline conflict.

Customer and business grounding

• Work directly with site operators, deployment function, and customers to validate jobs and requirements.
• Ground product decisions in the business case: cycle time, throughput, cost per pack, operator time etc.
• Partner with Product Analytics and Market Intelligence to base decisions on data as much as possible.

Cross-functional collaboration

• Work as one product trio with the software lead and the hardware lead for the product.
• Partner with deployment to ensure the product is ready for installation, commissioning, and serviceability.
• Feed field and operational learning back into the roadmap.

Your Profile

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or product ownership, ideally covering both hardware and software products.
• Demonstrated ability to translate customer problems into clear, testable requirements.
• Comfort operating across mechanical and operational topics (cycle time, tooling, throughput) and software topics (dashboards, data, UX).
• Strong prioritization judgment and the discipline to anchor decisions in a business case.
• Excellent communication with engineers, operators, and leadership.

Preferred qualifications

• Experience in industrial automation, robotics, capital equipment, or manufacturing operations.
• Familiarity with EV battery systems, recycling and circular-economy value chains.
• Experience with jobs-to-be-done requirement frameworks.
• Data-literate: comfortable creating queries, reading financial and operational data, and defining product metrics.
• Languages: English required; German and/or French an advantage).
