We are looking for a DevOps Team Lead who will be responsible for the stable operation of the existing infrastructure, the development of CI/CD processes, and the coordination of the DevOps team.
What tasks await you:
- Setup and support of the project's existing CI/CD processes.
- Packaging of components and their dependencies.
- Support and configuration of various environments (cloud and physical hardware).
- Infrastructure monitoring and incident response.
- Leadership and coordination of the DevOps team's work.
What we expect from the candidate:
- Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
- Understanding of CRUD principles and component interaction.
- Experience with Cassandra.
- Experience with Qdrant, Redis.
- Experience with message brokers.
- Ability and experience working with L4/L7 load balancers.
- Experience with OSS storage systems (Minio / Ceph / SeaweedFS / GlusterFS).
- Understanding of Vault's principles of operation and experience with policies.
- Experience in designing and operating distributed data storage systems and cluster solutions.
- Experience in designing and supporting database backup systems.
- Confident knowledge of Ansible, Bash.
- Understanding of network architecture.
- Experience with Linux OS.
- Experience with CI/CD systems (GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).
Will be a plus
- Experience in applying and implementing Infrastructure as Code.
- Experience in building monitoring based on Prometheus and Grafana.
