Responsibilities:
- Full design support for the brands KEUNE, Balmain Hair, EAU DE 1974, B Hair Couture: from web images, print materials, interior and exterior design to video;
- Development of concepts, design support for innovative projects and company initiatives to maintain a favorable image;
- Development and layout of presentation materials for various clients and projects (InDesign) is the main area of work. Most often, there are drafts or templates;
- Creation and preparation of various layouts for printing POS/POSM (digital, offset, wide-format, pad printing, plotter, embroidery, etc.);
- Creation and/or processing of digital images/photos, creation of organic photo mockups for demonstration of application;
- Preparation of instructions, partial web design and UI/UX design;
- Development of branding for various objects and participation in project implementation (products, vehicles, office space design, partner collaborations);
- Participation in interaction with contractors (advertising agencies, printing houses, photographers, video production, etc.) and writing technical specifications.
Requirements:
- Work experience: from 5 years
- Broad outlook, creativity, initiative, non-standard thinking;
- Ability to work within a strict corporate style, adhere to composition and color solution rules;
- Attention to detail, accuracy, developed visual acuity;
- Proficient written Russian language;
- Fast learner: we work a lot with equipment, you will need to learn the basic product lines at a basic level – without this, you won't get the logic of the visuals right;
- Advanced PC user (MS Office suite, Adobe Creative Cloud, InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve), work with neural networks.
- Ability to conduct corporate correspondence and work with photo stocks;
- Experience with 3D will be a significant plus;
- Ability to handle a large volume of information in a multitasking, operational mode;
- High work capacity, fast learning ability;
- Written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to work in a team and for results;
- A portfolio based on previous work experience is MANDATORY!
- A simple test task will be required to confirm Photoshop and InDesign skills.
