Responsibilities
- You will work with the strategy and analytics team: create presentations for top management and shareholders under tight deadlines, design public research results;
- Visualize data and work with infographics;
- Work with presentation structure, set accents, highlight key points, and not be afraid of a large number of diagrams and tables;
- Have a good sense of composition, suggest new solutions and improve existing ones;
- Be able to (if necessary) offer creative solutions within standard tasks;
- Be able to present your solutions to the team, make independent decisions and justify them;
- Interact with colleagues from other departments and find optimal solutions for their tasks;
- Get to the heart of the task, clarify unclear points and understand the goals before starting work;
- Implement new technologies to solve routine tasks;
- Be not just an executor, but a professional who knows what, why, and why they are doing it.
Requirements
- Experience in communication design for 3+ years
- Experience with materials for top management will be a plus
- Ability to solve tasks in short deadlines, transform chaotic materials into a high-quality reporting format
- Strong visual awareness, knowledge of trends, and a desire to develop
- Understanding of what a brand platform is, why it's needed, and how to work with it;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
- Excellent knowledge of Figma and the Adobe graphics package (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects)
- Portfolio required (when applying for the vacancy)
- Ability to work in a team, readiness to work under tight deadlines and with a large volume of projects
