Requirements: · Confirmed commercial development experience, including projects in state information systems, of at least 5 years. · Strong command of PHP (Laravel) and Python for developing complex, scalable, and fault-tolerant solutions. · Practical experience in developing modern user interfaces using Vue.js and/or React, understanding of SPA application construction principles. · Deep understanding of REST API construction and design principles, experience integrating with external and internal services (including high-load and secure systems). · Skills in writing clean, structured, extensible, and maintainable code in accordance with best practices (SOLID, DRY, KISS). · Confident work with relational DBMS (MySQL, PostgreSQL): data schema design, query optimization, working with large data volumes. · Experience with version control systems (Git) at the team development level (branching, code review, CI/CD processes).
Functional Responsibilities: · Development, modification, and support of backend and frontend components of information systems. · Development and support of REST API for interaction between internal and external services. · Integration with state and third-party information systems, ensuring correct data exchange. · Application performance optimization, working with high-load scenarios. · Conducting code reviews, participation in forming development standards and improving code quality. · Support and development of existing solutions, fixing defects and incidents. · Interaction with analysts, DevOps engineers, and other team members within the development lifecycle.
Education and Experience: · Higher technical education in information technology, software engineering, or related fields. · Work experience in a similar position (backend / fullstack developer) of at least 5 years. · Experience in participating in large projects (preferably in the public or quasi-public sector) will be an advantage.
