Engineering Manager / TradingView ✅ Remote
🌍 Must have: fluency in both Russian and English 📍 Locations: Limassol / Tbilisi
We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to join our team
What you will do • Lead Team Leads, including succession and workforce planning • Own delivery across multiple frontend teams, ensuring alignment and predictable execution • Drive a data-informed engineering culture (metrics, quality, efficiency) • Maintain high standards of frontend architecture and overall tech health • Ensure synergy across core products: B2C Chart, B2B Libraries, Desktop App • Build and scale an org of ~25 engineers via Team Leads • Identify and resolve systemic delivery and engineering issues proactively
What we are looking for • 5+ years of frontend experience, including 3+ years in leadership roles • Strong experience with React and TypeScript in large-scale systems • Deep architectural expertise (build systems, CI/CD, modular architecture) • Experience with platforms, design systems, or developer tools • Proven ability to lead teams and influence technical direction
