Project / Delivery Manager

Looking for a Project / Delivery Manager for the WB warehouse tariffing team.

Your experience specifically in warehouses or logistics is less important to me. More important is a person who loves diving into chaos and turning it into a working system. I am looking for a person with high ownership, who is not limited by statuses and meetings, but drives the process themselves: finds blockers, gets to the root cause, gathers people, changes work rules, and achieves results.

What is especially valued here:

• love for scale;
• desire to change a lot and grow quickly;
• ability to work with development and complex dependencies;
• love for numbers, processes;
• ability to argue, negotiate, and see things through to the end;
• absence of fear of the phrase “there is no process yet, we need to build it”.

The immediate task is large: together with the product manager, to build the team's delivery process so that it is fast, transparent, predictable, and eventually works without manual pushing.

For details, send your CV with a description to DMs — I will try to review them as much as possible.

All the best, I would be grateful for contacts if you show the post to colleagues.
