That's why we support creators and work with brands on content, special projects, video and AI production, social media, and influencer integrations. Among our clients are Burger King, Yandex Browser, 2GIS, Avito, Otello, PIMS, Yandex Market, etc.

What you'll do — Write engaging scripts: primarily for vertical formats (Reels, Shorts, TikTok), as well as for horizontal videos — both for our client brands and for bzik's own media — Find substance without fluff: extract the essence, package complex meanings into 15–60 seconds, and make content cut through banner blindness — Conceive visualization from start to finish: select references, memes, visuals, describe actor actions and shot compositions so the filming crew understands everything without a translator — Be involved in production: suggest improvements during pre-production, shooting, and editing stages, natively integrate fresh trends and sound — Work in close collaboration: brainstorm with the creative team, guide editors, and speak the same language as video production

What we're looking for — Proven experience in digital scripting: strong cases of writing scripts for short formats (Reels/TikTok/Shorts) or YouTube videos — Understanding of virality mechanics: knowledge of how hooks, attention retention, frame dynamics, timing, and micro-format dramaturgy work — Broad viewership, taste, and sense of humor: allergy to clichés and templates, free navigation in internet culture, social media trends, and memes (if you understand the 'deep web' and can do sketches — that's a big plus) — Ability to work with material: capacity to quickly dive into a client's topic, extract the main points, and turn them into a lively story — Independence and responsibility: adequate attitude towards deadlines and the revision process
