**System Administrator **

**Requirements: **

✔️ 5–7+ years of experience as a System Administrator ✔️ Experience managing infrastructure (50+ users) ✔️ English level: B1 or higher

** Tech Stack: **

🖥 Servers & Systems • Windows Server (AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, file servers) • Linux (Ubuntu / Debian / CentOS)

☁️ Virtualization & Cloud • VMware / Hyper-V / Proxmox • AWS / Azure / Hetzner

🌐 Networking • VPN, VLAN, routing, firewalls

📦 DevOps & Infrastructure • Docker (web stack, reverse proxy, DBMS) • CI/CD understanding

** Tools & Systems ** • GitLab / SVN / Perforce • Microsoft 365 (Entra ID, Teams, Exchange, SharePoint, Intune) • MDM, Zabbix, OpenSearch • CRM / HR systems / ATS

** Security & Automation: **

• Information security basics & access control • Infrastructure audit & documentation • Scripting: Bash / PowerShell

**Responsibilities: **

🔹 Operations (hands-on): • Infrastructure support (servers, networks, workstations) • Microsoft 365 administration • Monitoring, troubleshooting, incident response • Backup & disaster recovery • Automation of routine tasks

🔹 Strategy & Development: • Infrastructure planning & improvements • Documentation, policies, procedures • Security compliance

🔹 Communication: • L2/L3 support for employees • Work with vendors & contractors • Collaboration with management • Support accounting with IT-related payments

**Nice to have: **

• Certifications (Microsoft, Linux, CCNA) • Experience with Power Automate
