We are looking for a personal producer for Spiry co-founder Dima Beseda — Full-Time, Remote

“I have a Telegram channel with working content and an audience, into which I have invested serious money. I have LinkedIn, X, and Instagram, which I consistently ignore — not because I don’t want to, but because I don’t have time. Every week this task hangs in my to-do list with an unmet checkbox. I’m tired of it. I want to find a person who will take my English personal brand turnkey and build me not just a founder known in narrow circles, but a full-fledged influencer in the English-speaking segment.”

What you will be doing: Taking everything the founder produces — ideas, posts, voice notes, content from Telegram — and turning it into a systematic, growing personal brand on three platforms: LinkedIn, X, Instagram. Strategy, content production, distribution, analytics, team building for tasks. Not a contractor — a right-hand person.

What is critically important:

• Recent cases. Accounts of entrepreneurs whose English segment you have developed — LinkedIn, Instagram, X.
• Responsibility for the result. You don’t wait for tasks, you see what needs to be done yourself, and if necessary, you recruit people for the team.
• Full focus. Side projects — eliminate or minimize. This role requires full engagement.
• AI-native. If AI is not part of your daily workflow — we won’t match. It would be great if you have prompt examples and are ready to explain how exactly it speeds up your work.
