Senior Technical Project Manager (Analytics & AI/ML)
Compensation: 3200-4400 EUR
Mandatory Requirements:
- Experience managing cross-functional development teams for 5+ years
- Practical experience leading AI/ML projects (LLM/RAG/agents or classical ML/DS)
- Technical literacy for dialogue with developers and data engineers
- Experience organizing the full development cycle: backlog, timelines, and risks
- Skills in facilitating team meetings (Scrum, Kanban, retrospectives)
You:
- Able to make independent decisions and meet deadlines
- Capable of decomposing tasks under uncertainty
- Plus: Engineering background (development, data engineering, system design)
- Plus: Knowledge of SQL, experience with LLM, and experience in iGaming
Your Responsibilities:
- Managing the full development cycle for a team of analysts and data engineers
- Collecting, analyzing, and formalizing requirements from internal stakeholders
- Managing timelines, risks, and eliminating blockers
- Optimizing processes and monitoring team motivation
- Assisting managers in performance management and goal setting
