🚀 Trading Operations Lead / Risk Manager 🌍 Remote | Crypto CEX Startup

A rapidly growing crypto CEX platform is looking for a strong Trading Operations Lead / Risk Specialist to develop and scale exchange infrastructure within an international product ecosystem.

We are looking for someone who deeply understands how crypto exchanges work "under the hood" — from trading mechanics and liquidity management to liquidation logic and risk balancing.

💼 Responsibilities: • Manage trading operations and risk-control processes within the CEX • Monitor exchange liquidity, stability, and trading infrastructure • Work with perpetual futures, leverage mechanics, and liquidation systems • Configure and optimize ADL (Auto-Deleveraging) • Manage margin models, funding logic, and leverage settings • Analyze trading flows and user positions to minimize platform risks • Interact with liquidity providers and market-making processes • Improve the reliability and operational efficiency of the trading system

✅ Requirements: • Practical experience with crypto CEX / trading infrastructure is mandatory • Deep understanding of: — perpetual futures — leverage & liquidation mechanics — liquidity management — margin systems — order books & market-making — exchange risk engines • Experience in trading operations / dealing / risk management • Strong analytical mindset • Hands-on approach and readiness to work in a fast-paced startup environment
