📌Key Responsibilities

Client Service & Sales

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and provide personalized styling advice.
• Build strong relationships with clients and develop a loyal customer base.
• Understand individual customer needs and assist them in selecting the perfect pieces.
• Collect and maintain customer information for CRM purposes, including preferences and contact details.
• Create a welcoming boutique atmosphere, including offering refreshments to clients.
• Manage and respond to online inquiries received through social media and the company website.

Merchandise & Store Operations

• Ensure all sizes and product ranges are properly represented on the sales floor.
• Maintain impeccable presentation standards throughout the boutique and fitting rooms.
• Ensure all products are correctly labeled and priced.

Inventory & Logistics

• Maintain accurate sales and inventory records.
• Ensure the stockroom remains organized and efficient.
• Monitor product availability and ensure garments are prepared and presented in perfect condition.
• Prepare, pack, and dispatch online orders.
