- Commercial experience in Golang development from 5 years
- Experience in developing multithreaded applications
- Practical experience with DBMS, including SQL and NoSQL
- Experience with message brokers, primarily with Kafka
- Experience with Kubernetes
- System design skills
- Ability to design reliable, scalable, and high-performance services
- Experience with high-load or distributed systems will be an advantage
- Ability to independently test your solutions and be responsible for the quality of the result
- Will be a plus:
- Experience in designing microservice architecture
- Understanding of observability principles: logs, metrics, tracing
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD and modern DevOps approaches
- Experience with event-driven architecture
- Understanding of approaches to fault tolerance and service scaling
