💫 Vacancy: Senior Data Analyst / Lead Data Analyst (iGaming, Tier‑1)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Analyst / Lead Data Analyst who can transform complex data into understandable business solutions and lead a team of analysts in an international iGaming startup.

🔹** Key Responsibilities:** Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends and opportunities. Build and optimize dashboards, reports, and data models (BI tools). Design and support ETL/ELT pipelines (Airflow, dbt, SQL). Collaborate with management and departments to develop data-driven strategies. Monitor data quality, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Conduct in-depth analytical research and provide recommendations to stakeholders. Optimize data storage and processing.

🔹 Requirements: 4+ years of experience in data analytics (preferably in tech or gaming). Excellent knowledge of SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL). Experience with web analytics. Understanding of ETL processes and a desire to develop in this area. Practical experience in building predictive models and applying statistical methods. Ability to communicate complex findings in a clear, business-oriented manner. English - B2 level. Knowledge of Ukrainian will be an advantage for team interaction.
