We are an international iGaming company with over 3 years of successful operation in the market. We are now expanding our presence in MENA countries and are looking for a strong CEO / Country CEO to take charge of the development of one of our key markets.

Location: Limassol, Cyprus Work format: office only. The candidate must already be living in Cyprus. Relocation, remote, and hybrid formats are not considered.

Who we are looking for

We need not just a manager, but an entrepreneur with a strong hands-on approach, who can independently launch and scale a business line.

Responsibilities include:

• launching and developing the iGaming business in a selected MENA country; • building a team from scratch and managing it; • developing a partner network and attracting key contacts; • working with traffic and player acquisition sources; • developing the local market and achieving financial targets; • independently making decisions and taking responsibility for results.

Will be a big advantage

• confirmed experience working in MENA; • deep understanding of the local iGaming market; • own team or strong professional contacts; • partner and affiliate base; • active traffic sources; • experience launching new geographies from scratch.

Markets considered: Morocco, Egypt, Algeria, Tunisia, Syria, Iraq.

To start, a fixed income up to $5,000, with the primary opportunity being up to 10% equity in the business of a specific country that the CEO will develop.
