Responsibilities: 🔸Setting up and launching advertising campaigns in Facebook and Instagram. 🔸Testing audiences, creatives, and advertising hypotheses. 🔸Analyzing metrics, optimizing customer acquisition cost and advertising expenses. 🔸Scaling successful campaigns.

Requirements: 🔸Practical experience with Meta Ads: independent setup and launch of campaigns. 🔸Ability to work with audiences, geography, budgets, and advertising goals. 🔸Understanding of metrics like CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA and ability to make decisions based on results. 🔸Proficiency in Russian for communication within an international team. 🔸Readiness to work full-time in the long term.
