We're hiring at AJ+ Arabi 📢. We are looking for a freelance Audience Development Planning Analyst to join our Planning process. Someone who can read audience signals, spot trends, and turn them into story recommendations that actually shape what we cover.

What you'll do: Work closely with the Planning team to identify stories with strong potential Suggest relevant trends and topics for Arabic-speaking audiences Sharpen story framing with a clear audience perspective.

What you'll need: 3+ years in audience development, social media analysis, or digital content planning Deep understanding of social platforms, audience behavior, and Arabic-speaking markets Arabic and English, written and spoken Details: Freelance, full-time (40 hrs/week). Doha-based or remote, aligned with Doha working hours.
