As a Financial Analyst, you will be assigned to the team supporting variable compensation and commissions for the Academic & Government customer segment. Working closely with sales leadership, you will drive critical processes related to territory definition, goal allocation, compensation plan deployment, performance calculations and payment processing. About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments… Bachelors’ degree in a quantitative field such as Business, Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines Proficient in Excel It would be great if you also had… Experience with Business intelligence tools Familiarity with Software Products and SaaS business model ERP system experience What will you be doing in this role?... Prepare and analyze financial data, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of key metrics. Assist in financial forecasting, budgeting, and reconciliation efforts across different departments. Collaborate with internal teams to improve efficiency and reporting processes. Support the creation of projection files, financial accruals, and other metrics. Maintain financial systems, ensuring accurate and compliant data. Assist in answering audit questions, ensuring compliance with internal and external requirements. Benefits
