Senior Backend Engineer (.NET / C#) Classic tech stack c# (.net), kafka, postgres, redis

What you will be doing: Developing our .NET backend: designing services, working with data streams via Kafka, keeping the Postgres schema clean and optimal, being responsible for your code from design to production. We make architectural decisions together — without dogmas or cargo cult.

Who we are looking for: A senior engineer who:

• is proficient in C# and the .NET ecosystem, understands what's happening under the hood;
• knows microservices and DDD not just at the level of "here is the Domain folder", but understands why they are needed and when they are only a hindrance;
• knows how to choose: where a monolith is more honest than microservices, where simple CRUD is better than aggregates and events;
• thinks about performance, reliability, and maintenance costs, not just about the "purity" of layers;
• is able to justify decisions and calmly reconsider them; without generating AI fluff, "runs Claude", not blindly trusts it.

What we offer:

• Work with a modern tech stack.
• Claude at work — for code reviews, design, working with legacy code, and speeding up routine tasks.
• Comfortable office, a great team, direct discussions without endless approvals.
