🚀 Seeking Senior Mobile Engineer (Flutter / React Native)

We are launching a new mobile app for children from scratch and are looking for the first developer to join the team.

This is a role with significant autonomy: you will work together with the Product Owner and designer to shape the product, make key technical decisions, and be fully responsible for mobile development.

Responsibilities: • Design and develop an application for iOS and Android; • Build an offline-first architecture; • Integrate on-device Text-to-Speech in Russian and English; • Implement semantic word suggestions with offline fallback; • Create non-standard interactive UI, animations, and responsive layouts; • Set up a small backend if necessary (Firebase / GCP); • Take the product from the initial technical decisions to release in the App Store and Google Play.

Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in mobile development; • 2+ years of commercial experience with Flutter or React Native; • Experience with offline-first architecture and native integrations (audio, camera, file system); • Experience with on-device ML or readiness to quickly dive in; • Experience with Firebase / GCP or similar alternatives; • High degree of autonomy — we need a person who can not only implement tasks but also find technical solutions independently; • Russian and English languages for work.

✨ Experience with children's, educational, or AAC applications, as well as speech synthesis / audio pipelines will be an advantage.
