Requirements:

• Crypto is a must. Hands-on experience acquiring users for a crypto product, including buying under platform restrictions where standard fintech playbooks do not apply.
• Managed multi-million USD annual paid budgets, accountable for the outcome and not only for the spend.
• Built acquisition from scratch, not inherited a running machine. You have personally opened ad accounts, negotiated and signed vendor contracts, set up payment flows, and stood up tracking and reporting where none existed. Comfortable working through legal, finance, and compliance instead of waiting for someone to hand you a working setup.
• Serious about data. You know exactly what you need to see to make a call, and you can specify it precisely for our analytics team. Fluent with cohort and LTV analysis and MMP / attribution setups (AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar). You can show a decision you made against your own intuition because the data said otherwise.
• An existing network of agencies and contractors that buy effectively for fintech and crypto. You can stand up capacity in weeks, not quarters.
• Track record of 360 ownership: you defined the offer, ran the acquisition, and owned the analytics behind it.
• Performance / UA background in fintech: investment or trading platforms, neobanks, cards.
• Led distributed or local teams across markets.
