Responsibilities: • Quality control of accounting in outsourcing projects • Review of accounting, period closings, and compliance with IFRS and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan • Client consulting on accounting, tax, and accounting policy issues • Resolution of complex accounting and tax issues • Development of the accounting outsourcing department and participation in strategy • Team management, employee development, and deadline control • Control of financial statement preparation • Process optimization, development of internal standards, and implementation of IT solutions

Our ideal candidate: • Experience in Big4 or consulting in accounting outsourcing • Experience in the full cycle of accounting and quality control • Experience in a Manager position or above for 5+ years • Experience managing a team of 7-8 people or more • Excellent knowledge of IFRS and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan • English language — Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher • Experience in audit, tax compliance, or financial reporting is an advantage
