Head of Treasury / AGS Group Remote

AGS is a group of companies transforming from agro-trading to international business: agricultural export, trade finance, IT products for commodity trade. We are looking for not a "corporate treasurer," but an entrepreneurially minded leader who will build the treasury function from scratch and directly impact profits.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience in creating/developing treasury in small groups of companies or startups
• Ability to reduce WACC and attract financing (banks, funds, alternative sources)
• Practice in managing international cash flows
• Entrepreneurial approach: focus on results, not processes
• Direct impact on financial results through capital management

Experience is especially valued in:

• Commodity trading / trade finance
• Fintech / international payments / settlements

• Build a unified treasury function over several businesses
• Work with real international cases
• Make quick decisions without bureaucracy
