Who we are looking for:
We are looking for an analyst who loves working with data, building clear dashboards, and identifying growth opportunities. We need a person who not only answers business questions using analytics but also sees which processes can be automated with AI.
What you will be doing: 📊 Data analysis, searching for insights and anomalies. 📈 Development of metrics, data marts, and BI dashboards. 🤝 Collaboration with business and ad-hoc analytics. 🤖 Searching for and verifying hypotheses for AI automation, launching PoCs, and evaluating their impact.
What is important: ✔️ Strong SQL (CTE, JOIN, window functions). ✔️ Experience with DWH and BI (Tableau / Power BI / Superset). ✔️ Python (pandas, numpy). ✔️ Understanding of business metrics. ✔️ Interest in LLMs, ChatGPT, Claude, and AI agents.
