Prosight DEV is a team of professionals and a resident of IT Park, creating innovative digital solutions for the European market from Uzbekistan.

We work with projects from Estonia, Finland, and Sweden, developing products that increase business efficiency and improve user experience.

We are currently growing actively and are looking for a strong Fullstack Developer to join our team, who is confident in working with both backend and frontend and wants to participate in the development of modern digital products for European clients.

Our key areas

✔️ Custom development of ERP systems, including Odoo ERP and CRM ✔️ Mobile applications with scalable architecture ✔️ Customer self-service systems ✔️ Back-office interfaces and business process automation ✔️ Business analytics and data work ✔️ Outsourcing of digital specialists

What you will be doing

Backend: — Developing and maintaining backend services based on Node.js / NestJS — Designing and implementing microservice architecture — Developing REST API, integrations with external services and systems — Working with PostgreSQL and other databases — Optimizing application performance and scalability — Writing unit/integration tests and ensuring code stability

Frontend: — Developing modern web interfaces based on React / Next.js — Creating user-friendly and high-performance user interfaces — Integrating frontend with backend API — Working with application state, forms, authorization, and various UI components — Participating in the development of the frontend architecture of projects

General: — Containerizing applications using Docker — Interacting with frontend/backend developers, DevOps, and architects — Participating in code review and architectural discussions — Understanding existing code and gradually improving it — Participating in the development of new features from task assignment to production — Working directly with international teams and European clients

What we expect

— Commercial experience as a Fullstack / Backend / Software Developer — Confident command of Node.js and NestJS — Good knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript — Practical experience with React — Knowledge of Next.js is desirable — Understanding of REST API construction principles — Experience working with PostgreSQL and other databases — Understanding and/or practical experience with microservice architecture — Experience writing tests — Knowledge of Docker and containerization principles — Understanding of Git and code review processes — Ability to independently understand tasks and propose technical solutions — English language — confident level (spoken)

Will be a big plus

➕ Experience with GraphQL ➕ Experience with Redis, RabbitMQ / Kafka ➕ Familiarity with CI/CD ➕ Experience with cloud infrastructure ➕ Experience with PHP / Laravel ➕ Experience integrating with legacy systems ➕ Experience with Odoo / ERP / CRM ➕ Experience developing enterprise systems
