Tasks: Support and consulting users in the 1C:ZUP CORP configuration (system with significant customizations). Registration, processing, and resolution of user requests in strict accordance with SLA regulations. Analysis of emerging errors, root cause investigation, and assistance in their elimination.

Candidate Requirements: Experience as a 1C Analyst for 4+ years Experience with 1C ZUP/ZUP CORP as a 1C Analyst (preferably recent projects) Experience and level: Middle+ / Senior specialist with solid project experience in 1C:ZUP. System Knowledge: Deep knowledge of standard 1C:ZUP functionality (candidates without ZUP knowledge will not be considered). Experience with the CORP version will be an advantage. Soft skills: Versatility, high adequacy, friendliness, and developed communication skills for support work. Important: Education diplomas and 1C certificates are not key — your real practical knowledge is important to us.
