💻 Java Developer (Middle/Senior) Salary Range: 180,000 - 200,000 net Employment: Full-time Work Format: Remote Location: irrelevant

Development of an internal client support platform based on self-hosted Chatwoot: integrations with Telegram, internal admin panel, backend services, and AI tools. In the future — involvement in the development of the company's exchange/fintech platform services.

Stack: Java, Spring Boot, PostgreSQL, Kafka, Docker, REST/webhooks, Chatwoot, OpenAI API/LLM, GitLab CI

Tasks: – develop the platform backend and integrations (Chatwoot, Telegram, internal/external systems) – troubleshoot production incidents and identify their causes – participate in data migration between systems – develop dialogue analysis and automation features using LLM – improve operator interfaces as needed

Requirements: – solid Java + Spring Boot skills – experience in commercial backend development and integration design (API, message queues) – practical experience with PostgreSQL, Docker – ability to independently diagnose post-release issues – experience using AI tools in development

Will be a plus: Chatwoot/helpdesk/CRM, Telegram integrations, Kafka, OpenAI API/LLM, Ruby on Rails/Vue/React/TS, fintech experience
